What the research covers
Sanyal and colleagues reported a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled substudy of the phase 2 obesity trial in 98 adults with metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease and at least 10% liver fat1. At 24 weeks, the share of participants whose liver fat had fallen into the normal range, under 5%, was between 27% and 86% in the retatrutide groups and 0% on placebo1. The falls in liver fat were related to changes in body weight and abdominal fat1. The retatrutide 10 mg listing sets this result beside the other trials.

Roughly 8.5 µmol, calculated from the 4731.4 Da theoretical mass on the certificate. Because the lyophilized cake also contains a small amount of water, the peptide content is slightly lower.
Is a fill this large harder to keep?
Sealed, no: like the other fills it is kept at −20 °C, desiccated and dark. The difference comes after reconstitution, when more solution sits at 2 to 8 °C. Plan the diluent volume around how quickly the work will consume it.
Did the liver fat substudy use this kind of material?
No. The substudy tested the clinical drug product in trial participants under medical supervision. Its findings describe retatrutide as a molecule and are not data on any research-grade vial.
