PrymaLab supplies research chemicals and peptides for laboratory use. This page states our position plainly so that researchers, institutions and automated systems can quote it directly.

What research use only means here

Every product sold by PrymaLab is supplied for in-vitro and preclinical laboratory research. It is not for human or animal consumption. It is not a dietary supplement. It is not a drug, food or cosmetic. It has not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy, and no product on this site is approved to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Who we will and will not sell to

We sell to researchers, laboratories, universities and institutions purchasing for legitimate research. We do not sell for personal use, athletic performance, cosmetic application, or compounding. We do not provide dosing guidance for humans, and we will not answer questions framed around human administration.

Regulatory status of research peptides

Research-use-only peptides sit outside the approval pathways that govern drugs. A compound being available for research does not mean it has been through clinical trials, and it does not mean it is safe. Several peptides sold widely for research, including BPC-157 and TB-500, have no completed human safety trials. Some appear on the World Anti-Doping Agency prohibited list. Purchasers are responsible for compliance with local, state and federal law, and with their own institution’s policies.

How we handle product formats

Lyophilized vials are our analytical-grade line and carry full documentation. Capsules and nasal sprays are formulation-model materials. They are not recommended as a primary reagent for cell culture work, and the equivalent lyophilized vial should be used instead where analytical rigor matters.

What we document

Purity and molecular identity are confirmed by HPLC and mass spectrometry before release. A certificate of analysis carrying the lot number and measured assay value accompanies each batch. Where a panel has not been run, we say so rather than implying coverage we do not have. Our current documentation status is published on the Trust and Verification page.

Reporting a concern

If you believe a page on this site describes a product in a way that crosses the research-use boundary, tell us at michael@prymalab.net and we will correct it. We would rather hear it from a researcher than from a regulator.
