The Wolverine blend pairs BPC-157, a 15-residue synthetic peptide derived from a gastric juice protein, with full-length TB-500, the 43-residue N-acetyl thymosin beta-4. This vial holds 10 mg of each, freeze-dried together: twice the 5 mg + 5 mg main fill, with its own lot certificate. Each peptide has been studied for tissue repair in animals and cells.

What the research covers
In rat tendon fibroblasts, BPC-157 increased migration and survival under oxidative stress without changing proliferation1. Thymosin beta-4 is the major actin-sequestering molecule in eukaryotic cells and has been linked to skin and corneal wound healing2. No published work characterises the blend. How each lot is tested
Every lot is tested in PrymaLab’s own laboratory in Ashland, Kentucky before release: RP-HPLC for purity, LC-MS for identity, Karl Fischer titration for water, LAL for endotoxin and USP <71> for sterility. What does 10 mg of each peptide mean in molar terms?
At the certificate's theoretical masses, 10 mg of BPC-157 (1419.6 Da) is about 7.0 µmol and 10 mg of thymosin beta-4 (4963.5 Da) about 2.0 µmol, roughly 3.5 BPC-157 molecules per TB-500 molecule. Water content lowers both figures slightly.
Apart from the amount, does anything differ from the 5 mg + 5 mg vial?
No. Both hold the same two sequences at 1:1 by weight, freeze-dried together. The 10 + 10 mg fill is made and tested as its own lot, so match its lot number to its own certificate, not the smaller vial's.
