Questions people ask before they ship
What do I actually get?
A PDF-ready report with the test number, the sample as you declared it (label claim, brand, batch), what we found (identity, amount, purity where the method allows it), the add-on results, the chromatogram, the method, the analyst and the date. Plus a key and a QR code: anyone you show the report to can confirm on this site that we issued it and that the numbers were not edited.
How much sample do you need?
Peptides: one unopened vial or 30 mg of raw powder. Oils: 0.5 to 1 ml. Tablets or capsules: three. Raw powders for non-peptides: 200 mg. Sterility needs a second unopened vial. The exact line is on every test card.
Do you publish my result?
Only if you tick "publish" when ordering, and then it appears on the public results page with the brand or source you typed. Everything else is private: the number alone opens nothing, the key does.
Can I test a competitor's product, or my own brand?
Yes to both. We report what is in the sample we receive; we do not and cannot confirm where it came from, and the report says so. If you are a brand, the Additional report add-on gives you a second copy under your own declared name.
How is this different from the COA on your products?
Same instrument, same analysts, same reference standards. The difference is that here you choose what we test, and the report is addressed to you.
What can't you do?
We are not ISO 17025 accredited and our reports are not for regulatory submissions or clinical decisions. Compounds not on this list need a reference standard; email us first. Nothing here is medical advice; all work is for laboratory research use only.
