HHB Peptide 10ML is a comprehensive hair and nail support blend combining biotin, thiamine, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, choline, inositol, niacin, and folic acid. This injectable vitamin complex delivers 150mg/mL of essential nutrients for optimal absorption and results.

Description

This hair and nail injection is a nine-part blend of B-vitamins and lipotropic nutrients designed to support healthy hair, skin and nails, freeze-dried in a 10 mL vial at 150.3 mg per mL. You reconstitute the powder with bacteriostatic or sterile water and dose it subcutaneously, so the niacinamide, thiamine, biotin and six other actives reach the bloodstream without passing through the gut first. Each milliliter carries the full 150.3 mg load, and the sealed vial holds 1,503 mg—including a total of 1,000 mcg or 1 mg of biotin—across the nine ingredients, though some users seek a biotin ultimate strength of as much as 10,000 mcg in other formats.

Why an injectable B vitamin complex beats a pill

An oral B-vitamin has to survive stomach acid, digestive enzymes and the gut wall before any of it reaches your cells. Uptake shifts with age, gut health, medication and genetics, and published estimates for oral B-vitamin absorption from multivitamins and dietary supplements run from about 50% to 85%, so a share of every tablet never arrives. This injectable B vitamin complex skips that route. Subcutaneous dosing puts the full 150.3 mg per mL into circulation, where the vitamins travel to hair follicles, the nail matrix and the skin. The trade-off is honest: you handle a needle and a mixing step that a gummy does not ask of you.

The nine actives, and what each one does

Niacinamide, 50 mg: circulation and NAD+

Niacinamide is the B3 form that does not cause the flush nicotinic acid can. In cells it converts to nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+), a coenzyme used across hundreds of reactions. For the scalp its job is blood flow: wider vessels move more oxygen and nutrients to follicles and clear waste around them. Niacinamide also raises expression of keratin genes, the protein behind both hair shafts and nail plates, while promoting overall skin health. At 50 mg per mL it sits well above the standard adequate intake for dietary B3.

Thiamine HCl, 50 mg: energy for fast-dividing cells

Thiamine HCl is the stable, water-soluble form of B1 and an essential nutrient that acts as a cofactor for pyruvate dehydrogenase and alpha-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase, two enzymes that turn glucose into ATP. Hair-matrix cells divide every 24 to 48 hours during the growth phase, one of the fastest turnovers in the body, and that pace runs on ATP. Thiamine also feeds the pentose phosphate pathway, which makes the NADPH follicles use against oxidative stress. The hydrochloride form dissolves cleanly and keeps well in the vial.

Pantothenic acid, 25 mg: coenzyme A for keratin

PPantothenic acid (B5), often found in supplements as calcium pantothenate (vitamin b5), is the precursor to coenzyme A, which cells use to build the ceramide, fatty acids, and amino acids that become keratin.
Low B5 slows keratin output, and hair and nails grow in weaker and more brittle. B5 also feeds adrenal hormone production, the stress axis tied to telogen effluvium, the shedding pattern that follows a stressful stretch of months. The 25 mg per mL keeps a steady supply reaching the follicle.

Choline, 10 mg: cell membranes and methylation

Choline is one of two lipotropic nutrients here. It builds phosphatidylcholine, the main phospholipid in every follicle-cell membrane, and acetylcholine, which helps set blood-vessel tone in the scalp. Choline also carries methyl groups through the methylation cycle that rapidly dividing follicle and nail-matrix cells use to copy DNA accurately. At 10 mg it works alongside the B-vitamins rather than on its own.

Inositol, 10 mg: cell signaling

Inositol is the second lipotropic nutrient. As phosphatidylinositol it becomes the second messengers IP3 and DAG, the signals a cell reads when growth factors and hormones tell a follicle what to do. Its lipotropic action, paired with choline, keeps sebum production balanced so the scalp is neither dry nor greasy. Inositol also buffers oxidative stress in tissue that turns over as fast as a hair follicle, supporting overall nail health and acting as an internal nail strengthener for anti-chip resilience in a way that topical cuticle oils cannot reach.

Niacin, 5 mg: vasodilation

Niacin (nicotinic acid) is the flushing B3 form, kept low here at 5 mg on purpose. It triggers a prostaglandin release that widens blood vessels, adding to the circulation niacinamide already improves, while the small dose keeps the warm-skin niacin flush mild. Like niacinamide it tops up the NAD+ pool that follicle energy and DNA repair depend on.

Biotin, 100 mcg: the keratin catalyst

Biotin (B7) is the vitamin most people already connect with hair and nails. It is the cofactor for five carboxylase enzymes in fatty-acid and amino-acid metabolism, the raw materials for keratin, and it raises expression of keratin genes directly. A study in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology reported that 2.5 mg of daily biotin increased nail-plate thickness by 25% and cut splitting in people with brittle nail syndrome. The 100 mcg per mL here reaches the blood in full, far exceeding the daily 30 micrograms often cited for adults, providing a reliable safeguard against biotin deficiency without the gut losses oral biotin or biotin-rich foods like sweet potatoes and organ meats can see. People often frame a biotin injection for hair growth, though the strongest human data is for nail growth rather than hair.

Folic acid, 100 mcg: DNA and cell division

Folic acid (B9) carries the one-carbon units cells use to make the purines and thymidine in new DNA, so tissue that divides constantly, like the hair matrix and nail bed, depends on a steady supply. Folate also builds red blood cells, and low folate causes a megaloblastic anemia that, much like iron deficiency, starves follicles of oxygen.
At 100 mcg per mL it keeps DNA synthesis supplied at the follicle.

Riboflavin, 100 mcg: energy and antioxidant recycling

Riboflavin (B2) becomes FMN and FAD, the electron carriers in the chain that makes most of a cell’s ATP. It also regenerates glutathione, the antioxidant follicles lean on under oxidative load, and it activates B6 and helps process folate and niacin, so a B2 shortfall drags the others down with it. Riboflavin is also why urine turns bright yellow after dosing: that color is excess B2 leaving, and it is harmless.

How the nine work together

The B-complex vitamins share pathways, so a shortfall in one caps the rest. Riboflavin activates B6 and processes folate and niacin; thiamine and niacin both feed energy metabolism. Dosing them together keeps any single vitamin from becoming the limiting step. Choline and inositol pair for a stronger lipotropic effect than either gives alone. The two B3 forms split the work on circulation, niacinamide without flushing and niacin with mild vasodilation. Biotin and pantothenic acid cover the keratin-building side, while the rest supply the energy and DNA replication that keratin production runs on. Because it is one injection, all nine arrive together and in full.

Hair and nail vitamins for thinning hair and brittle nails

People reach for hair and nail vitamins for thinning hair, for nails that split or peel, or for both at once. The blend also fits anyone whose oral B-vitamins may fall short: older adults, people on acid-reducing or other medication that cuts absorption, and vegans and vegetarians, whose diets often run low on B-vitamins and vitamin d.
It supports the hair and nails you have. It does not override genetics, so a receding hairline driven by DNA needs the medical options covered in the FAQ below.

Dosing and reconstitution

The schedule below follows a loading month, then maintenance, then a lighter ongoing phase. A peptide calculator converts these volumes to units on an insulin syringe.

Phase Weeks Dose Frequency
Initiation 1 to 4 0.5 to 1.0 mL 2 to 3 times per week
Maintenance 5 to 12 0.5 to 1.0 mL 1 to 2 times per week
Ongoing 13+ 0.5 to 1.0 mL Once weekly, or cycle 8 to 12 weeks on and 4 weeks off

Dose at any time of day, with or without food, since the subcutaneous route skips digestion. If you inject more than once a week, space the days evenly, for example Monday and Thursday.

How to reconstitute HHB peptide

  1. Wipe the tops of the HHB vial and the water vial with alcohol and let them dry.
  2. Draw 2 to 3 mL of bacteriostatic or sterile water into a sterile syringe.
  3. Add the water slowly down the inside wall of the vial, not straight onto the powder.
  4. Swirl gently until the solution is clear. Do not shake.
  5. Refrigerate and use within 30 days.

To inject: clean the site (abdomen at least two inches from the navel, outer thigh, or back of the upper arm) and let it dry, draw the dose into an insulin syringe and clear any air, pinch a skin fold, insert at 45 to 90 degrees depending on body fat at the site, inject slowly, then withdraw and apply light pressure. Put the needle in a sharps container and rotate sites each time.

Research behind the ingredients

Most trials test these nutrients one at a time, so read the evidence as support for the parts, not a study of this exact blend. Biotin has the clearest human data: the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology report above measured a 25% gain in nail-plate thickness at 2.5 mg daily in brittle nail syndrome, which makes the biotin injection for hair growth case stronger for nails than for hair in people who do not have low biotin levels. In the International Journal of Trichology, patients with diffuse hair loss measured lower in riboflavin, folic acid and B12 than controls, and B-complex supplementation reduced shedding in many of them. In the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, topical niacinamide improved hair fullness, credited to circulation and keratin effects; this blend delivers niacinamide systemically instead. Animal and human work links B5 deficiency to shedding and early graying, though those studies pair it with other nutrients, so its solo contribution is hard to isolate.

Safety, storage and handling

The nine actives are water-soluble vitamins, so the body sends excess out in urine rather than storing it, and toxicity is rare even above these amounts. The bright yellow urine that follows a dose is riboflavin leaving, and it is normal. Most people tolerate the injection well; the reactions that do show up are mild injection-site redness or tenderness for a few hours, and a light niacin flush that the 5 mg dose keeps small.

Biotin can skew lab tests built on biotin-streptavidin, including some thyroid, cardiac troponin and hormone assays, pushing results falsely high or low. Tell your provider you take a biotin-containing injection, and pause 48 to 72 hours before bloodwork if they advise it. Talk to a provider before starting if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take methotrexate, anticonvulsants or other drugs that affect vitamin metabolism, or have kidney or liver disease. Stop and seek care if you show signs of an allergic reaction.

Store sealed vials in a cool, dry, dark place at 20 to 25°C, or refrigerate at 2 to 8°C for longer life; sealed, they hold 12 to 24 months. Keep mixed solution refrigerated and use it within 30 days. Do not freeze either state. Inspect the solution before each dose and discard it if it turns cloudy, changes color, or shows particles. Use sterile, single-use needles and syringes, never share them, and rotate injection sites to protect the tissue.

Frequently asked questions

How long until I see results?

Nails usually respond first, in about 4 to 6 weeks, because they grow steadily and show new material quickly. Hair changes, less shedding and more thickness, tend to appear at 8 to 12 weeks, with fuller density after 3 to 6 months. Hair grows in cycles, so consistency matters more than any single week.

Can I take it with oral B-vitamin or biotin supplements?

You can, though many people cut back on oral B-vitamins once they start the injection, since the injected dose already arrives in full. Water-soluble vitamins are forgiving because the body sends excess out in urine, but if you keep both, ask your provider to check your total intake.

Can men use the hair and nail injection?

Yes. The blend feeds follicles the same way regardless of sex, and men with thinning hair often use it to strengthen the hair they have. It will not reverse genetic male-pattern baldness on its own; for that, people pair it with minoxidil or finasteride under medical guidance.

Will biotin interfere with my blood tests?

It can. Biotin affects assays built on biotin-streptavidin, including some thyroid, cardiac troponin and hormone panels, and it can push results falsely high or low. If you have bloodwork scheduled, tell your provider you use a biotin-containing injection and pause 48 to 72 hours beforehand if they recommend it.

Can I stack it with other peptides?

Yes. People run it alongside GHK-Cu, BPC-157 or TB-500 for hair, skin and recovery goals. Give each in its own syringe rather than mixing them in one, and if you are combining several injectables, run the plan past a provider who works with peptide protocols.

How do I reconstitute HHB peptide, and how long does it keep?

Add 2 to 3 mL of bacteriostatic or sterile water down the inside wall of the vial, swirl gently until clear, and refrigerate. Do not shake. Mixed solution keeps for 30 days at 2 to 8°C. Inspect it before each dose and discard it if it turns cloudy or shows particles.
