CJC-1295 (NO DAC) 10MG
CJC-1295 without DAC (modified GRF(1-29)) in a 10 mg freeze-dried fill
CJC-1295 without DAC is GHRH(1-29) amide with four residues replaced and no albumin-binding group. This vial holds 10 mg of it as freeze-dried powder, twice the 5 mg main fill, and it is made and tested as a separate lot. Much of the research filed under the CJC-1295 name concerns the DAC version, and the main fill page sorts out which findings apply to this peptide.

Other fills
This is the 10 mg fill. The CJC-1295 (NO DAC) 5MG page is the main listing for this compound, with the full research summary and every fill side by side. Other fills: 5 mg.
What the research covers
The original CJC-1295 paired a substituted GRF(1-29) chain with an added maleimide-carrying lysine that attaches to albumin, and the long persistence in rat plasma was measured for that conjugating version1. This vial contains the substituted 29-residue chain alone, which has no group able to attach to albumin and has not been studied on its own in the papers cited here. The CJC-1295 (no DAC) 5 mg page has the full research summary and the comparison with the DAC form.
The CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Blend guide covers the literature in more depth.
How each lot is tested
Every lot is tested in PrymaLab’s own laboratory in Ashland, Kentucky before release: RP-HPLC for purity, LC-MS for identity, Karl Fischer titration for water, LAL for endotoxin and USP <71> for sterility. The results for the lot now shipping are in the certificate panel on this page, and the certificate number, key and QR code can be checked on the verify page. These are in-house results from PrymaLab Analytical, not an independent test, and the lab is not accredited to ISO 17025. The third-party testing guarantee on this page still applies: if any independent laboratory finds the wrong compound, or less than the stated purity or amount, the order is refunded and the cost of the test is reimbursed.
Frequently asked questions
Is the 10 mg vial the same peptide as the 5 mg vial?
Yes: the same 29-residue modified GRF(1-29) with a theoretical mass of 3367.9 Da. In molar terms 10 mg is about 3.0 µmol, a little less after the certificate's water content. The 10 mg fill has its own lot number and certificate.
Is a larger fill harder to store?
Sealed, it is kept like the smaller vial: −20 °C, dry and dark. After reconstitution a bigger fill usually means solution held longer at 2 to 8 °C, so size the volume to how quickly the work will use it.
Is this vial for human use?
No. It is sold only for laboratory research, is not approved by the FDA or any other authority for human or veterinary use, and must not be given to people or animals.
