Colivelin 100mg
The ADNF-9 / humanin hybrid SALLRSIPAPAGASRLLLLTGEIDLP, 100 mg freeze-dried
Colivelin is a 26-residue synthetic hybrid built in 2005 at Keio University: the nine-residue ADNF core SALLRSIPA fused to the front of a 17-residue, four-times-substituted humanin fragment. This is the 100 mg vial of freeze-dried powder, a larger fill than the 10 mg main listing, made and tested as its own lot. The research summary, references and full FAQ are on the Colivelin 10mg page.

Other fills
This is the 100 mg fill. The Colivelin 10mg page is the main listing for this compound, with the full research summary and every fill side by side. Other fills: 10 mg.
What the structure is
Ser-Ala-Leu-Leu-Arg-Ser-Ile-Pro-Ala-Pro-Ala-Gly-Ala-Ser-Arg-Leu-Leu-Leu-Leu-Thr-Gly-Glu-Ile-Asp-Leu-Pro, linear, all L-amino acids, free at both ends. Residues 1-9 are ADNF-9; residues 10-26 are humanin Pro3-Pro19 carrying R4A, F6A, C8R and S14G. Formula C119H206N32O35, theoretical mass 2645.1 Da (PubChem CID 90477169, CAS 867021-83-8). It contains no cysteine, methionine or tryptophan, and biophysical work found it stable and monomeric in phosphate-buffered saline, unlike humanin.
What the research covers
The literature on Colivelin is summarised, with references, on the Colivelin 10mg page: Design and in vitro potency; Memory models in mice and rats; ALS model and ischaemic stroke in mice. The femtomolar potency figures and most of the behavioural and ALS data come from the Keio University group that designed the peptide (Chiba, Matsuoka, Nishimoto and colleagues); independent replication is limited to a handful of Chinese and US laboratories using rodent AD, stroke and sepsis models, with small groups. None of the published work used PrymaLab material.
Related listings: Humanin 10mg, Humanin G (HNG) 10mg, Semax 5mg, P21 (P021) 10mg, Cerebrolysin 60mg. The cognitive, sleep and mood peptides category lists the rest of the range.
How each lot is tested
Every lot is tested in PrymaLab’s own laboratory in Ashland, Kentucky before release: RP-HPLC for purity, LC-MS for identity, Karl Fischer titration for water, LAL for endotoxin and USP <71> for sterility. Published certificates are listed on the results page and can be checked by number and key on the verify page. These are in-house results from PrymaLab Analytical, not an independent test, and the lab is not accredited to ISO 17025. The third-party testing guarantee on this page still applies: if any independent laboratory finds the wrong compound, or less than the stated purity or amount, the order is refunded and the cost of the test is reimbursed.
Frequently asked questions
Is the 100 mg vial the same compound as the 10 mg?
Yes. Both hold Colivelin, 2645.1 Da. Only the amount differs; each fill is made and tested as its own lot with its own certificate.
How should lyophilized colivelin be stored?
Sealed at −20 °C or below, desiccated and protected from light. Colivelin contains no cysteine, methionine or tryptophan, so it is less oxidation-prone than humanin, and it is reported to be stable and monomeric in PBS. Reconstituted solutions should be kept at 2 to 8 °C for short-term use or frozen in single-use aliquots.
Research use only
