What to send

1 unopened vial of lyophilizate, 1 ml of liquid, or 30 mg of raw powder in a sealed glass vial. Write your test number on the vial, bag or blister, pack it so it cannot break, and ship it to the address in your order email. One sample per test; order a quantity of 2 or more for several samples of the same product.
