Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, PrymaLab is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Contacting the shipping carrier

We are happy to assist with information, but the final determination rests with the carrier.


7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • The outer packaging
  • The damaged items
  • The shipping label

We will review the issue and assist with a resolution.


8. Temperature & Handling

Some products may be sensitive to temperature or handling during transit. PrymaLab is not responsible for damage caused by:
