Thank you for choosing Pryma Lab. We’re committed to fast, reliable fulfillment and transparent shipping terms. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, and is consistent with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
  • Threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes.
  • Free shipping applies to standard service only. Expedited options are available at the customer’s expense.
  • When free shipping is selected, the carrier/service is chosen at Pryma Lab’s discretion.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
  • Processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to inventory verification.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • Multiple shipping options are shown at checkout.
  • Transit times begin once the order has shipped.
  • Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
  • Tracking updates may take several hours to appear.
  • If you don’t receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Address Accuracy

  • Please confirm your shipping details at checkout.
  • We cannot modify the shipping address once the order has shipped.
  • Pryma Lab is not responsible for:
    • Packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
    • Delays or losses resulting from address errors

Shipping Restrictions & Compliance

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring products are permitted in their region and for complying with all local regulations.
  • Pryma Lab is not responsible for:
    • Packages held, delayed, or returned by customs
    • Additional customs/duties, VAT, or import taxes
    • Local restrictions or regulatory requirements

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, risk of loss passes to the recipient.
  • If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package:
    • Verify the delivery address on your order
    • Check with neighbors, household members, or building staff
    • Contact the carrier to initiate a trace/claim
  • We’re happy to assist with documentation, but final determinations are made by the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:
    • The outer packaging
    • The damaged item(s)
    • The shipping label
  • We will review and assist with a resolution in line with our Refund Policy.

Temperature & Handling

  • Some products may be sensitive to temperature or handling during transit.
  • Pryma Lab is not responsible for damage caused by:
    • Delays in delivery acceptance
    • Exposure to extreme temperatures after delivery
    • Improper storage after delivery
  • Please follow storage instructions upon receipt.

International Shipping (If Offered)

  • If international shipping is available:
    • Customers are responsible for all duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees.
    • Transit times and customs processing vary by destination and are outside our control.
    • Free shipping promotions may not apply to international orders unless explicitly stated.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

  • If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable due to address issues or lack of pickup:
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
    • Re-shipment costs are the customer’s responsibility
    • If returned to us unopened and in sellable condition, any refund will follow our Refund Policy (including timelines and condition requirements)

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • After shipment, please refer to our Refund Policy for return eligibility (7 days from delivery; unopened, sealed condition; RMA required).
