  • Prices: Prices shown on the site are quoted in the currency displayed and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless otherwise noted.
  • Payment: Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By placing an order you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method. We do not store full payment card data on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship orders promptly according to the shipping option selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. Shipping carriers may require a signature. PrymaLab is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or duties charged by customs authorities.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because of the nature of some products, our return policy may be limited. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy (or the dedicated page on the site) for details. If you believe an item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact customer support promptly with photos and order information.

6. Subscriptions & Recurring Orders

If you subscribe to recurring shipments or services, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel or modify subscriptions according to the instructions on your account page. Cancellations must follow the timelines described during purchase to avoid the next scheduled charge.
